My work stems from over 20 years as a classically trained ballet dancer and performer.
I worked consistently in high performance environments that required the ability to adapt and deliver excellent results in strenuous working situations.
Delivering quality results and solutions, on time with team collaboration and partnerships have always been a way of life. After two decades of inspiring people in theatrical and educational arenas, I went on to support and motivate people in their daily lives.
I am passionate about human behaviour, communication, movement and health. My studies in applied psychology, anatomy, Chinese medicine and kinesiology complimented my approach in helping individuals with their progress and productivity at work.
